2004-05 officers elected were: Kelly Bryant as president Randal Wilson as vice president Jene Beadles as secretary/treasurer

The third meeting was held on October 26th, 2003 in Montgomery,AL
Bylaws were revised and commitees objectives discussed.

The second meeting was held on June 1, 2003 in Birmingham, AL
Bylaws were adopted and officers elected.

The first meeting was held on March 23, 2003 in Birmingham, AL
An ad-hock committee was elected to draft the bylaws
